Why am I still having fluid in my abdominal wall 5 years after tram flap?

Why am I still having fluid in my abdominal Wall after 5 yrs. And why am I still having harsh pain and feeling something moving around in my stomach especially if I strain or sneeze. This is very severe pain. Please I need help understanding this because this should not be happening.

Bump between my vagina and thigh

I had ablation a year ago and stopped having cycles but got extreme pain in ovaries

I had an ablation one year ago and had no menstrual but for the past two days I have extreme pain in my ovaries, I had a ibuprofen 800 mg and had zero effect. is this normal?
