I had ablation a year ago and stopped having cycles but got extreme pain in ovaries

I had an ablation one year ago and had no menstrual but for the past two days I have extreme pain in my ovaries, I had a ibuprofen 800 mg and had zero effect. is this normal?

Hi I have had endometriosis since I was 16, I'm now 42. The pain is severe. The only time it stopped was when I got pregnant,then for about 10 yrs. After.
