bumps on buttocks and perineum

Okay so I have tiny bumps on my buttocks sometimes anus itches and tiny colored flesh bumps on my perineum but that doesn't itch im in no pain no discharge or foul smell what could it be also tiny bumps by elbow ugh

Dizzy, shaking, fast heartbeat

Hi, i am 20 years old and have been off zoloft for 3 years now. I am constaanly getting hot flashes dizzy and fast heartbeat along with the shakees. It happens out of the blue i can get up of the couch and bam it happens.please help
