Pain/Pea size lump on lower right abdomen.

Hello, Since yesterday I developed pain and a pea size lump between my groin and the folding of my right leg. It is tender to the touch and numb around the area. What Could this be? The pain has been increasing, It hurts more than yesterday. I would really appreciate any help at all.
