Long time recurring cysts

I have recurring cyst's on my pubic area and have for the past couple of years it's only ever one but stays for about 2-3 months then fades and roughly 5 days later another one pops up in a different area but always In my pubic area

So Ive never done anything like that...everything was fine yesterday when I left but while I was at the beach I went to the restroom, right then i couldnt even wipe without cringing it hurt very bad. So, I just thought it was sand, so on....so then I came home and its still hurting...

Bump under skin

I recently found a bump under my skin in my pubic area it's about 1cm it's really painful and I don't know what it is it doesn't have a white head and it's not visible just by looking at it I hate to admit that the past week I haven't showered on a regular basis could that have some to do with it?...

Pimples near groin

I have had reocurring pimples near my groin they are painful and most have quite a bit of blood in them when i can finally get one out a few more come up. I keep myself clean,ive tried shaving,not shaving, anti bacterial soap. I dont' know what to do i need help.
