Is it possible that i might have broken my hymen? cause while i was doing splits i bled after that a little and it was like when i was 10? I started my period only when i was 11-12 ): can tampons break it too?!

i just read another topic and hav no idea how to check if i have a hymen or not. im 13 and have only inserted a tampon once but i didnt put it in right and pulled it straight out. any advice?
