sharp pain in my lower abdomen area after rough sex

This is also my 2nd of having this pain. A few minutes after wild or rough sex I get a sharp pain in my lower abdomen area as if they were as bad as contractions. Not only that but my whole pelvic area is also experiencing this pain and i cannot move or else it hurts more. It made me cry this time...
