I am a 23 year-old female experiencing some diziness, hot-to-cold sensations, sweaty palms and feet, my feet have intermittent numbness, and my heart rate is at about 80-90 beats/min. Anything to be worried about? Thank you.

I feel like I can't breathe, and my arm feels heavy

I seem to have trouble breathing. It happens at night, accompied by pain in my shoulder. I am a health, 55yo female...but with my inability to sleep due to this poroblem, I am looking old, and tired. I have NO strength, and my lower back is also hurting. What do you think is going on? 8-| 8-|

Sometimes before my period starts my lower stomach starts getting really sharp pains in it. When I get up to get something for the pain (like tylenol) I either pass out or feel like I am going to pass out. I AM 39 YEARS OLD AND WITHIN THE LAST TWO MONTHS I HAVE GAINED 25 POUNDS.... WHAT COULD BE SOME OF THE REASONS FOR THIS RAPID GAIN IN WEIGHT. MY EATING HABITS HAVE NOT CHANGED, I HAVE TAKEN A BOTTLE OF QUICKTRIM AS DIRECTED AND STILL PUT ON 3 MORE POUNDS. WHAT COULD BE CAUSING THIS WEIGHT GAIN.?
