High pulse rate

Hello, I am 34, female and have a high pulse rate. I live active life; I run daily about 1,5 mile and am not overweight. My mother also has high pulse rate and slightly too high blood sugar, but this is not the case with me. Is high pulse rate hereditary?

Lunapads and Diva Cup
