Like many women, I get terrible pre-menstrual cramps and mood swings. I think my family shivers when that time of the month has come round again, waiting for some outburst! I was wondering if herbs for women's health would benefit me? And if they would, which herbs should I take?

can bell's palsy last two years

on march 1,2008 i was diagnosed with bell's palsy.i had my little girl feb 23,2008 5 day after i notice my left side of my face went numb.to this day my smile never came back fullyand i still have a slur when i talk.will it ever come back fully?
