Pain in between my butt cheeks!!

I was sleeping with a G-String on one day. The next morning I woke up with extreme pain In the butt cheeks. I've felt around it & it feels pretty hard & swollen. It's so painful to sleep,walk, & sit. I've put ice on it but it doesn't seem to help.

i have had constant constipation for about 5 weeks now and i only have a bowl movement about once every 2 weeks. I have had bad headaces and nausea everyday. I get cramps in my lower abdonminal and up around my rib cage. And i get dizzy spells. What is going on?
