bumps on buttocks and perineum

Okay so I have tiny bumps on my buttocks sometimes anus itches and tiny colored flesh bumps on my perineum but that doesn't itch im in no pain no discharge or foul smell what could it be also tiny bumps by elbow ugh

some aging issues

I have some issues that I suppose are age related. I am 54 year old female and have been having a problem with pain when having intercourse. I am loosing my lubercation. I take care of myself, eat, exercise, and look good. Has anyone had this problem as they are getting older?

Had my period for at least a month now

Alright, I need help. I've had my period for atleast a month now. Its been like a brown color but with a little bit of red here and there. Im on the patch, and i do have sex. But could it be caused by stress ? Please help.
