24 year old sister suddently colapsed.

Hi, My sister who is 24 years old and recently got married. She is healthy and happy all the time. But recently she want for a shopping and suddently fall down unconscious. From then she became very weak and suffering fever after that. Can any one advise me what could be the problem? Thanks.
