Had my period a week ago...last day was jan 7...woke up to day with pain in lower left abdomen and light pink discharge...it feels like something is sitting in my lower left side...its hurts when i move to much...any clue to whats going on with me.

usually I get pain from bellybutton to vagina when I lift weight and if I do yoga and when I use steps to walk faster and also if dance I will get pain during that pain I feel urinating if I go to urinate I will not be able bear that pain. to overcome from this problem what I am doing is sleeping...

I am suffering from extreme cuts from sex

I am suffering from extreme cuts from sex. The sex wasn't abnormal which is why I am worried. It is so painful to pee that when I do, I have to run a bath and pee in there. The pain has lasted 4 days and I cant tell if its getting better. Any cream recommendations or other tips? Please help.
