Severe pain and cramps after I had my Pap smear

Hello I am having severe pain after my Pap smear toady. There are shooting pains just as bad as my menstrual  cramps are and they are bad. It hurts in my vagina really bad like almost as bad as it was when I was in labor. What would this be.

Fallopian Tube Removal and symptoms

I'm 47 and had fallopian tubes removed in June 2015 and every since I feel such exhaustion when I exercise, legs feel heavy, and I've gained weight. I'm not sure if this could be the cause of symptoms?

The only thing is , is that all of the comments are saying talk to ur mum / mom but what if ur too scared or ebarrased about talking about it because sometimes it's very embarrassing to ask for a tampon etc how do u ask ur parents without feeling embarrassed ?!?!
