Itchy and red like cut almost in between my private parts

Right in between my vagina and anus there is something that is red and it's hurts when I touch it, it's not a bump or anything it almost feels like a cut. but it irritates me, very itchy. I'm 14 and scared cause nothing like this really happened. Does anyone know anything?
