I am suffering from extreme cuts from sex

I am suffering from extreme cuts from sex. The sex wasn't abnormal which is why I am worried. It is so painful to pee that when I do, I have to run a bath and pee in there. The pain has lasted 4 days and I cant tell if its getting better. Any cream recommendations or other tips? Please help.

My period ended the 20th I was put in the hospital dka 1400 sugar pancreatitis then shocked twice. Had old blood and clots on the 25th then last night have egg white mucas clesr no smell and lower left stomach pain
