Pain in the stomach/vagina, I'm very sore when I walk and feel constipated

Hi, im in 15 years old and I am experiencing really bad pain at the bottom of my stomach and my bum, I find it sore when I walk, (up and down stairs too) and even when I’m sitting down. I also feel constipated. Does anyone else relate to this and could help me out with advice?
