Lymph node in labia majora?

about a month ago when I got the flu I noticed what i believe to be a swollen groin lymph node underneath my labia majora. The swelling has gone down but I can still feel the node. Fallopian Tube Removal and symptoms

I'm 47 and had fallopian tubes removed in June 2015 and every since I feel such exhaustion when I exercise, legs feel heavy, and I've gained weight. I'm not sure if this could be the cause of symptoms?
