Hurting child, she is having high fever and a cyst in right ovary, can that be connected?

Yesterday morning had 101 fever and vomited. Now throat hurts and it us hurts to breathe, drink, and talk. I have a cyst on my rt ovary. Had period this month already. But started bleeding heavily yesterday. Is it all related somehow? Should i go to er? I am asking this for my 14 year old daughter.
