unknow sickness

My friend has been sick for 3 days now. First day she had alot of vomiting sore back. Same the second day but less vomiting. Now she has bad gag reflex, vomiting and sore back.Hot flashes also all 3 days. What do you think it could be?

Ive been having migraines accompanied by nausea and hot and cold flushes. The migraines usually last a few days at a time and feels like something is wquishing my head and some days i wake up and cant see hardly anything.. im 22 years and female.

I have been getting dizzy throughout my days? & for the past 2 days I've felt nausea... I've heard to take a pregnancy test, but my cycle has been completely off till Feb it went back to it's normal amount of days. Am I in denial? should I take a test?

Excessive bleeding with dark matter, ovarian cyst and negative pregnancy test

I had a delayed menstrual cycle (by 3 weeks). I took 2 home pregnancy tests which were both negative. Heavy bleeding with dark red matter secretion started after these 3 weeks and is continuing since last 3 weeks (still on). Abdominal scan showed some matter along with ovarian cyst. collasped bladder, urethral diverticulum

According to a recent MRI I may have a urethral diverticulum or Skene's gland cyst in the urethral area. I also have a collasped uterus. Is surgery the only option to fix these? Sincerely
