Bleeding after intercourse a week after mensturated finished

For some months now, I have been bleeding after intercourse for a few days. This doesn't always happen but very usual if it is within days of my menstration just finishing. Sometimes I also get the aching back with it. I am 43 and have no other symtoms as such. Any ideas?
