Tender vagina outside around lips

tearing tissue under tongue when kissing?

I was making out with my boyfriend, and the little bit of tissue holding ny tongue down tore a little bit. It doesn't hurt too bad, but I definitely tasted blood when it happened. Is it a bad thing?
