Hey There just wondering how long it took you the 2nd time im in my week & half and still feeling very light headed and not myself.

Ty for this and all who post. I am literally at wk 7 now - the symptoms SIGNIFICANTLY resolved from before but it still freaks me out whenever mild versions occur (mostly low grade anxiety around 8p that'll hang around to disturb sleep, head pulses again in pm way less intense but enough to disturb sleep, trace dizziness on standing/moving eyes quickly). I began with full blown panic attacks, incredible anxiety all day, scarily intense head pulses, overwhelmed with anx to the point of almost calling ambulance, mental fuzziness (just recently went away a little after wk 6), overly thinking, feeling hungover all day, & visual disturbances. Reading ppls experiences helps a lot. And let me tell ppl with less than 7wks in- pls DO NOT PANIC-that's worse than the symptoms. Be patient and it resolves. That was the worst part for me, feeling like I'd never be myself again. I did 2 tabs on one night (first time ever) and I felt so terrible, so unjust this was happening to me. Scared I let everyone depending on me down bc of being curious on one night. But there is no denying it is slowly going away.
I'm completely functional and friends cant even tell. Don't panic/over analyze recurrences of symptoms that were less intense the day before. Stay strong, calm and you will heal.

Thanks, I'm currently at 5 weeks and was previously taking 5htp for the past 3 then I was having really intense dreams so gave it a 4 day gap and felt rough yesterday so took 5htp again today as I'm trying to wean off it but I'm not sure what to do for the best. I'm still light headed, very anxious for no reason and don't feel myself. I'm taking magnesium, multivitamins and ginko for the dizziness. Also eating healthy and exercising, it's just annoying as it's like an out of body experience and I really want to feel myself again.

Hey so I actually might be an extreme case but I have struggling for about 2 years now with several different symptoms. One night 2 years ago I took molly and i was never a heavy used i did it mayeb 2 times before that like 5 months prior to this night. This time I took my more than I did those other times and i vomited that night and felt absolutley terrible. Ever since then, I have been suffering from extreme dizziness, but most debilitating for me is my extreme light sensitivity and eye floaters that affect my daily life like crazy. I did have other symptoms earlier like derealization and depersonalization and anxiety along with my immune system going way down and I was sick all the time. and of course extremely depressed. The mental symptoms have all faded thank god but I am still suffering from extreme dizziness and extreme light sensitivty and eye floaters that make everything look like 2D. Of course im still hoping that one day this all goes away but if anyone has a similar situation i would love to here it and perhaps if you've healed i would love to here how. and of course I have drastically changed my health habits in hopes that this will help.

Hi! I took one sim card pill 5 months ago. I have similar troubles like You. The worst part of mental disease go away, but i still have symptoms like dizzines, lightheaded and problems with eyes. I don't know what is wrong with that - it is brain or eyes? In my opinion, when we took this sh*t the body pressure was very high and it cause broaden of blood circulation in eyes and brain. I hope we can cure that, i pray for it. In first months i was hopeles, but now i believe we can back to health. I eat everyday tons of fruits and use suplements, they help i think. Don't lose You hope everything will be good!

I still have this too for more than 2 years after doing this's my first time. look up depersonalization and derealization. It could help you out by explaining what you're feeling, but unfortunately I still have anxiety and depression

GuysI I feel you. I took one pill from a Stranger together with alkohol in club and it was the biggest mistake in my life. Its been 5 months and I feel really bad. Blurred vision, lightheaded, unable to concentrate, tired... just not feeling myself. I remember when I had sharp mind and I hope it will be okay soon. It might be connected with stress due to breakup but still... Has anyone had same symptoms and got better? Cheers. O.

I actually don't have the derealization or depersonalization anymore, now it's really just physical symptoms like dizziness, light sensitivity and eye floaters.

Have you found anything to work for dizziness. I'm on ginko ATM as the naturopath has informed me it can help with vertigo etc. I feel off balance and as if I'm on a plane constantly. Have you been to see a specialist?

U good bro. I'm off that sh*t right now and feeling that but after a few weeks of this I kinda know what to expect. My best solution is water but yeah sometimes heart will be racing and your body will be amp up. Realize just thinking about it makes it worse so just relax it's all part of the trip and keep a smile on your face lol

I took a little piece of a orange tesla wensday night (baby piece so did all my friends) Thursday I was fine Friday I got a weird anxiety attack and have pretty bad anxiety since and now it's wensday again it's been a week my visions blurry I have like no energy I feel nauseas I've seen doctors can't even drive my own car like what do you guys think? Over the last 3 monthes I used it sometimes it's not like I went crazy with it I already seen a doctor he gave me xanax pills the vision and anxiety are just terrible so I'm just looking for answers it's been a week can't excerercise do dizzy and tired

I've been dealing with those symptoms and quite a bit more for the past 2 years, it really does suck, all the mental symptoms like anxiety went away for me and now I have light sensitivity eye floaters , visual snow, and dizziness. At one point it all went away and then slowly came back cause I didn't keep up good habits which I am now starting to do. So first I'd say don't do any drugs at all or drink it only slows down the healing, second do a little bit of exercise even if it annoys you like even jogging for 10 minutes or a bit of yoga, eat a lot of fruits and veggies try to stay away from junk food it only makes u more lethargic, and also relax your nervous system is pretty beat up so find any way you can to relax like meditation or watching a funny show, and be patient and stay hopeful, I've been going for 2 years now and I'm going hard at it, I hope I heal like this was never even here and i really hope you do too. If you make it a priority you will heal.
