ALWAYS HAVE BENZOS ON YOU THE FIRST TIME YOU DO ANY STIMULANT!!! It will get rid of the anxiety and chest pains within an hour and you're good to go after that. It's worked for me a few times. If you still have persisting anxiety and chest pains then take a benzo and that will nip your panic attack right in the bud

Always keep an emergen-c or airborne with you to take after you're coming down. You just depleted your body of hella electrolytes and you're probably dehydrated. AND ALWAYS HAVE BENZOS WITH YOU WHEN YOU'RE DOING A STIMULANT!!!! Literally can help you out of a seizure/O.D. If someone is right next to you to administer it. MDMA, MDA and psychedelics are one of the most incredible experiences you will ever have. Be smart about your first dose so you don't overdo it, if you want to reside take half of the first dose. Also PLEASEEEE always test kit your drugs before you use them! It is almost impossible to OD on pure mdma and mda. People that die from those drugs are dead bc of the other drugs in the pills, not the mdma or mda itself. LSD and Shrooms are actually impossible to OD on, but if taken in crazy amounts you will lose your mind for the next 12 hrs

DO NOT EVER, EVER, EVERRR mix uppers and downward. Unless you're taking a Xanax to immediately cease the chest pains/breathing discomfort/tightness/seizure/O.D. from a stimulant bc that will save your life. Even mixing coke and alcohol which pretty much all millennials do now creates a substance inside you called cocaethylene, produced by the liver in the presence of alcohol and cocaine. This metabolite is WAY more toxic than cocaine and will kill you faster than if you had done cocaine by itself.

You are experiencing dizziness due to a lack of blood flow to the brain. It is extremely important to lay down as much as you can and try to avoid caffeine. You may notice that you feel good when you lay down because you are allowing the body to move oxygen filled blood to the brain much easier. Laying down as much as you can for one week should heal your problem.

Take multivitamins that contains omega 3 in it. It helps the brain to get it self back

So what happened? Did your doctor do something to help and stop or did it eventually go back to normal by itself?

all this sh*t wouldn't happen to people if M was legal and totally clean. and there was education about how to have fun with it. like education about what it does to your brain/gut and body, like telling how many neurotransmitters it engages, & like telling what foods to eat before / during and after. honestly it's a science to do M well and you have to work hard googling scientific reports on rats and non-human primates and read the MAPS reports. recent research reveals that ginger is a neuroprotective when on M.

I took mdma over 3 days on the 14th July. Following that I was ill for a week throwing up and feeling really dizzy.

I believe I returned to normal health so on the 30th July I went out and drank but drank too much causing me to throw up. The next day I woke up feeling hungover but I had this weird feeling but just assumed I'd be fine the next day. I was wrong.

Since then so over 2 months I have felt dizzy / light headed / permanent headache / brain fog / sometimes feels like my head is heavier.

I feel incredibly down about it and just want my life back as I've felt like this for far too long.

Does anyone have any idea what might be wrong with me? Or how I can return to normal health. I believe that if I didn't drink then I would be fine now but I don't know that.

I really hope someone can help because it's so awful and I want my life back.

Thank you.
