Am I ill from the pill?

i came off my pill 2 weeks ago as my partner and i are trying for a baby.In the past week i have had an outburst in spots this is very unusual for me.i have also been feeling very tired and had back ache leg cramps and head aches over the past week.i know its proberly tooearly to be pregnant or experiencing any signs of being pregnant so i dont understand??
