Benzodiazepines can not be categorized as a whole. Rather I would need to know which benzo you are talking about in order to estimate how long it would stay in your body. For your connivence I will post a list of all the benzos I know and their relative half lives as to make things easier for you.

i take myolastan 50mg for arthritis in neck and back. im always tired till the end of the day. then i need it again or the pain is excrutiating. i had 2 neck operaations and stenosis. you cant win no matter what you do
