Research saline infiltration if it does not get better by itself. They inject salt water and it flushes out the injected material. Dr Goldsomething discovered it, cant quite remember his name. Dont worry it can be fixed.

little knowledge is a dangerous thing. Atrophy is degeneration of deterioration or shrinkage of cells of any tissue and not just muscle. Collagen can atrophy after cortisone injection and this is a common result of superficial cortisone injection for an acutely inflamed lesion. This is an expected outcome which may be only temporary if due to cortisone or permanent. This could also be due to the destructive effect of the original inflamed pustule.
