Can Ultrogestan used vaginally cause thrush?

I am currently on IVF. Part of the treatment after embrios are put back in the uterus is by using ultrogestan vaginally untill pregnancy is establised. I think i have thrush: vagina is red, burns and itchy. Could the ultrogestan cause this? And what treatment is advised, as I see myself as already pregnant.
