For the past year I've experienced this penis rash friction syndrome described so elequently by sugarwookie . I came to this forum a while back looking for an answer to heal my situation. Despite feeling better that there were others in my predictament, none of the remedies worked. I tried antibiotic cream; coconut cream, olive oil, honey and even purchased the Man One Oil. Nothing seemed to work but then again when it comes to having sex I'm not very patient, HERE's WHAT I DID THAT WORKED. When you think about it, it makes perfect sense. DESITIN; used for one of the most sensitive skin rash areas on a baby; their bottoms. After keeping my penis coated with this stuff for four straight days, I was able to have sex  with a nonlatex condom without the unbearable burning pain I'd been experiencing for months prior. Since spreading DESITIN on my penis everyday for the last two months; I'm back to having sex 4 times a week, down from 12 but happy to be back in the game. Half the time I use a condom because I still consider myself to be in recovery and don't want to risk a major rash aggrevation. Altough my girlfriend is plenty wet: it actually creates friction; think about it as if you were doing it in a pool. If you have, you know what I mean. I've also started to use a lubricant to keep things well oiled. My recommendation would be a product called TOKO which you can find at Lovers Lane. Better than saliva or anything we've tried in the past. Good LUCK Livin The Good Life Once Again!

Okay guys, for those of you stressing about this I feel for you. I was using anti biotic ointment and it slowly got worse. It just spread out more as the weeks went by. Someone recommended Burt's bees wax lip balm. I had it nearby so I tried it. I was seriously amazed, that on day four the issue was resolved. I just put the lip balm on the affected areas two or three times a day and it got better. The ingredients include bees wax, coconut oil, peppermint, and other natural oils. All I can tell you is that it works for your rubbed raw or friction areas.

Have you been to the DOC and gotten tested for an STD?? Sounds like one to me and maybe you need some antibiotics to clear this mess up!

And please stop having unprotected sex and spreading this mess to more unsuspecting people!!

use luuuuubbbeeee!! I work at a Romance Love boutique and. alot of people think its pointless to purchase for them and their partner. but it is specifically so that things like this will not happen. try a silicone if you are going to go hot and heavy for a long period of time. Toko silicone and pjur are two very good brands.

I use tea tree oil. It burns lik sum1 dropped your man hood in fire ants(only for a few seconds) But it heals incredibly fast . Yu should test it out

Ok for all you guys out there... I see this fairly commonly in my general practice. These burns are usually classified as 1st degree and only the epidermis is involved in these. The most important thing is to keep the burn clean and change dressings daily. It can take anywhere from 2 to 3 weeks to heal  if done right, since that is about the time it takes to generate new surface cells.

1. Wash daily with soap and water: THIS WILL HURT

2. Apply a LOT of Triple antibiotic ointment and cover with white gauze.

3. Do this TWICE to THREE times daily.

4. NO SEX or MASTURBATION FOR 4 WEEKS!

5. If you get these often, USE A CONDOM to prevent as friction is reduced.

Same. I have about a quarter sized "burn" on the right side of my penis and a smaller spot on the head that starts at the hole and goes down the head. It itches like HELL!!! and started as red but is now a darkish color, like a dark purple, which kinda scared me.

The best thing I have found for the itch is to fold a couple sheets of toilet paper(gauze would probably work better) wrap it around the penis and tape to hold it together. This makes it so that you can walk like a normal person instead of like the huntchback of noterdame.

Through testing I have found that applying 1 more piece of tape on the top of this "roll" and taping it to your pubes or where your pubes would be if you're shaved, ensures that it will not fall off again and roll down your leg and exit your pants at the bottom for all to see and laugh.

Hope this helps!

Guys, I have the same problem for the first time in my life. My girlfriend - a nurse, quite luckily - showed up with a tube of "Bepanthen cream" - a German preparation for scrapes and wounds. The active ingredient is Dexpanthenol, a vitamin E concentrate carried in a lot of wax, paraffin etc. It works extremely well, in 2 days the skin is healed although still quite thin. So I guess the common advice of "getting plenty of bed rest" for ailments won't help here. Use this cream and take a break....build up the tension and let loose again!

I know to get rid of rashy, or herty pain, Put it in a cup of Pepsi Cola, just like a challange, till it burns real bad, but only if, you are not fleshy. Like bleeding, or have a tear, but its releff at least, & I agree, them docs, should invent a penus lift. Make it young again! Real talk my friends!
