Hello. I am a young man early 20s. Ever since last week when my girlfriend gave me oral sex (and this isnt new, we have been together for years and have had sex and oral sex many times), my penis has been different sexually and cannot orgasm the same! Now everytime I masturbate, instead of feeling the good feeling, I feel a little bit of the good feeling overlapped mostly by a the feeling of urine coming up/having to urinate! Orgasm is not the same too, as it feels like i am about to urinate as I orgasm or, if you are a man, the feeling of ejaculation/orgasm when you know that you have to pee but are too lazy to(except I have dont to pee, and pee right before I start). When I ejaculate I believe it is semen that comes out, but the orgasm is not satisfying at all, imagine having to pee feeling + about to ejaculate feeling! I am so afraid because its been almost week and many sessions since and its still the same...I am afraid sex will never be the same for me and I can never enjoy it again...that something inside my penis has been damaged for some reason since last week with my girlfriend.......help!! what is wrong?? You aren't necessarily broken.
You may just be going through a phaze.
You could back off on the sex, as it sounds like you've been going at it hot and heavy.
If you think that you might have picked up a bug or an STI from your girlfriend's oral, go see a doctor to get treated. And TELL her if anything is turned up.
It is more likely that the consistency of your ejaculate is changing over time.
I cant tell you why it feels more like you need to urinate, but it does sound like you're watching yourself very closely instead of relaxing and enjoying the experience.
have you discussed this with your gf? I would. Perhaps she has experienced the same thing and is wondering what it is. Perhaps you both could go to the clinic for a check up?

Did you ever get a response? I've had the same problem for years, but only during oral sex: As I ejaculate during oral sex, I suddenly have the urge to urinate and don't know if I will urinate, but I think I will. The head of my penis becomes extremely sensative. As I said in another post, I have similar symptoms, just when jerking (cos I have never had intercourse nor oral sex). Hi All,
I went to see a urologist about this issue and he referred me to a pelvic floor therapist. Basically, what's happening is the pelvic floor muscles are too tight and unable to relax, and this can cause a slew of symptoms, including the one discussed here.
