i just got off my period Sept 9 and just started bleeding 2 days ago after having unprotected sex with my husband. I'm on birth control but mostly forget to take them and end up taking them later. Could it be implantation bleeding or am I just starting my period early?
often when you dont take the pill as instructed you will get spotting or intermittent menstrual problems. it is important to follow instructions for taking the pill properly, otherwise your system gets very confused and over time this could lead to problems.
if you are unsure about physical problems, it is important to get properly examined by your gp to rule out anything like that.
otherwise, ensure by diet and adequate nutritional supplementation taht you are keeping your sytem in the best of health.
