It takes penetrating your penis into your gf's vagina and ejaculating your sperm into her to get her pregnant. Sperm does not travel through your clothes and hers to get into her vagina, sperm does not work that way. She is not pregnant and she does not have Aids either.
On to the next question: do you have Aids and is that why you are concerned for her? If you do, you need to tell her before you become sexually active or she could charge you for withholding this information from her.
