It's better for some to allow the body to fast between meals, rather than spiking insulin 6 times a day.

It totally works and is safe. Neither B6 or 12 injections are harmful and most women could do with these on a diet or not. The potassiumis fine to take as long as you are eating the correct foods to make sure your body burns fat not muscle. They never tell u the number of calories to eat. You can eat 2 100g servings of protein...many many choices ...2 servings of bread and fruit and 16oz of vegetables....that's tonnnes....I've never gotten to the full 16 oz cuz I'm full most days

I think you missed the point entirely. No one is saying that you don't lose weight on this program. What's in question is how safe it is. And it is NOT safe (I wholeheartedly agree with the pharmacist above)

It is not healthy to eat so little, to lose so much weight so fast, and to inject your body with vitamins.

Don't try it! it doesn't work at all. I paid over $800 and was told I would lose anywhere from 20-25lbs in the first 4-5 weeks, I only lost 5Lbs, despite being 100 restrict, and even they cut out alot more of the items like my fruits, carbs, and proteins even further.
Despite their 10lbs garantuee they didn't give me additional treatment and refused to refunt me!
Terible service, and the diet is a total cheat.
Don't waste your money/time

I am on the diet now. It is working. I am following it strictly making sure to spread my meals out. I split into 4 instead of 3 and leave about 3-4hrs between portions of protein. I am eating about 800 calories a day and am in full/deep ketosis. Lost 15lbs in 10 days, knowing about 10lbs is water. So far. My complaint is the "one size fits all" approach. I am male and 6ft tall. Oddly I am not hungry. I will be watching closely for lean muscle loss and am told this will be fine provided I remain in ketosis. We shall see.

I agree. If you follow the diet and zero cheating. you will absolutley loose the weight. It can be pricey but the more you cheat , the longer you need to stay on the program which mean spending more money. I am 5'4 and I wieghed 195 pounds and now Im down to a 135. Took me about 5 months to complete this.

If you are eating more than 2 full meals a day, yes you'd probably gain weight. Having 5-6 small "mini meals" each day is perfect for staying comfortably full and less tempted to cheat. Choose how many calories a day will allow you to lose a reasonable amount of weight each week (1200) then split the 1200 up into breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, supper, snack. You would be amazed how this makes it much easier to stick to your diet.

What is interesting is how misinformed everyone is around nutrition and food. As a society overall we have forgotten and been mis-educated and mis-marketed as to what proper portions and daily nutritional needs truly are. We all have a warped sense of what is ideal and not ideal. And all are full of opinions. If you take the time to read food labels, talk with a Registered dietician or endocrinologist about healthy diet choices and proper portion we would see Dr. B diet is realistic for weight loss. It will work if you commit with little risk and more benefit to overall health.

YOU Do know that the Vitamin shots don't But Fat..They just breakdown the Food faster and give u a bit of energy..ANYONE WHO eats clean and only 800 Calories will drop weight..and 50 Grams of carbs a day..Without Dr Bernstein..but it motivates us because we pay Good Money to do it.. $800 A Month..
