Hi! I am about to start a diet. I will be counting my calories and trying to make sure that I burn more calories than I consume each day. I realize that drinks can often take up a large part of your total calorie intake, especially if you are ever-thirsty, like me! What is the best diet drink? What do you recommend?
If you have not, so far, come up with this answer yourself than I guess your intake of this drink is too low, which might be what is causing your thirst! Water, honey! Water contains no calories at all, and you can drink as much of it as you want! If you want a bit of a change, tea (without milk or sugar) or a bit of lemon in your water will make life a bit more interesting!
I agree water is the best diet drink, but if you like fruit juices, you can easily make some yourself in a juicer. It is true that these juices tend to contain a lot of calories, but they can be excellent for breakfast, even instead of a meal. When you are counting your calories, the good thing is that you can decide what you "spend" your daily calories on, all by yourself!
