ok i had my iud out in march 13 2009 and then had a period on the 15 2 days later. but now its april and i have not had a period and i cant stop eatting and my boobs hurt and i feel fat! but all the home preg test say no what should i do?

1.5 Years after Abortion....Belly still a bit extended

I had a surgical abortion almost two years ago and for some reason my lower belly is still a bit extended, like I have a small baby bump. After the procedure, it seemed to be pretty swollen, but I figured it was normal. But, it still has not gone down to the point that it was before the abortion....
