hi, i had an abortion on monday 4th june and found out at my scan that i am expecting twins. i had no bleeding after the procedure and have just done a pregnancy test which came back positive. could i still be pregnant? p.s i was only 6 weeks pregnant at time of the abortion.

I had an abortion 3 months ago and since then I had on April 9th for five days. Since then I haven't had a period and now I'm having sharp pains in my right side going into my back even. Can these things be related? Can I be pregnant again?
