I get these big bumps on my butt, along with little pimples. I don't know if it is a boil or a cystin acne, but they are painful and if they pop it is usually a mixer of puss and blood. What should I do?

Okay, so I keep getting pimples in places where I have sensitive skin, I have little itchy ones in my armpits and then on my upper thigh I have one that was really big. When I popped it puss and blood came out and then it turned black afterward? It's still a little pimple like thing.

I just discovered a small lump or knot underneath my skin, below my right breast about a inch down, between my ribs n the skin. It feels movable and just a little uncomfortable.
