hi, i've hade a few pimple on my back and legs,i would try and pop them but it would just leave a red spot. and they got bigger, the skin in the sore is very dry,after a long time they went away and left a scar.but now my girlfriend has them. and i need help

so for about a year i've had pimples off and on all over my lips. first i think it was a reaction to chapstick, and then i had another reaction to a lipstick. i had a patch test done and found out that i am allergic to colophony (aka resin), which means i react to fragrances in cosmetics basically....
