Opiate painkillers are devil's creation!

I suffer from strong headaches for years now, but it's been a year almost I have been using some opium painkillers to relive the pain. And though it helped with the pain I now think that opium painkillers are devil's creation! I think I got addicted and can't make through the day without it anymore....

My friend has hepatits c and he takes vicodine the doctor perscribed but also buys them off the street. He said he has taken up to 20 a day but the average is about 8-10. Will this have adverse effects on his liver. what are the dangers?

Can I take Zoloft while I am on outpatient Suboxone treament? I am on Suboxone for 8 weeks. I started with 8mg and have cut does to 2mg. I feel great but I feel depressed due to failed romance. Can I use Zoloft with Suboxone? Thanks.
