Anyone prescribed on Mediprin?

I have to take mediprin because of frequent headaches that suffer from. Actually, I take 2-3 tablets every day. Anyone else prescribed on mediprin? Im not sure if it is safe enough to use it this way. I have to live with headaches or with drugs. Whats the right decision? Thanks in advance.
