I took 2 advils for my headache and now I'm feeling burning sharp pain from my esophagus

Hi so, i just took 2 advils for my headache with a sip of water. After like 10 minutes i feel this burning sharp pain coming from my esophagus. I have drank a lot of water to try and push the pills down. It has worked a little bit but, still hurts

Diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis, methotrexate and Enbrel don't work for me

I have been taking methotrexate for two years and Enbrel for three months and still am not feeling well.  The aching is so bad in neck, shoulders and knees that it is hard to sleep.  Do I need to keep taking these medications for a longer duration to feel some effects.
