Would there be side effects in the elderly if they were given the full dose of 8 tables a day for 3 to 4 years or more. Thats 2880 tablets a year. Could it bring about organ failier of some kind, or would it be hopefully harmless to them?

Accutane- 30mg or 60mg?

Hi all, I have recently purchased 90x30mg accutane pills. I am around 86kg being 6 foot 2, so I was just wondering if taking just 30mg a day will help my acne? or will I have to take 30mg twice a day to take a total of 60mg?
