strange side effects for me

Clindamycin Phosphate

Hi, I have been advised to try clindamycin phosphate gel for acne vulgaris. I used lincomycin lotion, and it showed some progress. But, as soon as I stop applying it, my acne problem is back again. Is there any advantage of clindamycin to lincomycin?
