i have been on zoloft 100 mg for a yr now. ive missed 2 appointments with my psych so now she wont refill my script. im having BAD withdrawals. can i start taking effexor to counter act rhe zoloft so i dont withdrawal as bad???

difference in dosage between citalopram and escitalopram

I am taking citaloprm 20mg per day, but have run out of my prescription while in Bangkok and have been given escitalopram 10mg by the pharmacy here.  Do I take two of these ore is citalopram stronger and I need to take only 10g?
