I went cold turkey from Gravol and got very bad withdrawal effects, cold and hot flashes

I HAVE BEEN TAKING THE 100'S GRAVOL FOR WELL OVER 3 YEARS. I GO THROUGH ABOUT A BOTTLE OF 100'S IN 3 DAYS. I HAVE BEEN TAKING GRAVOL LIKE THIS STRAIGHT FOR 4 YEARS, 4 DAYS AGO I TRIED COLD TURKEY, THE WITH DRAWLS WERE AWFUL, TIRENESS, RESTLESSNESS, COLD AND HOT FLASHES. I COULD NOT TAKE IT ANY MORE...

I take 10 gravol aday 5 in the morning & 5 at night is that ok ??? To be honest w/ everyone It makes me feel relaxed, content, not bored and think of productive things and ideas to do. It gives me the feeling of confidence I don't get high I just feel calm, relaxed and confident as well it boost...
