methotrexate side affects disapting ?

hi , i started taking methotrexate once a week 2.5mg x 5 . Yesterday was my second does and im feeling extremely nausous and fatigued. ive not felt this sick since i was on a very high dose of lithium several years ago. My question is, do the side affects disapte or get worse as you go along ?

I have Sarcoidosis. I have just been prescribed Methotrexate. I had my first dose today. Tonight I find myself in severe pain. I am afraid to take the Vicodin that has been prescribed for pain. I can find warnings about NSAIDS but nothing for Vicodin, is it safe?
