Can somebody tell me what cerebral vasculitis is? I have heard about vasculitis, and I guess that cerebral vasculitis must be vasculitis of the brain? So do the vessels in the brain thicken, widen or block? I suppose that this is fatal, or at least life threatening? Please send some info my way?

My doctor told me that there are forms of vasculitis that can be caused by hepatitis C. Are there any such types of vasculitis, and are they acute or systematic? I would love to gain some insights into this. Could you provide a list from somewhere? Or book recommendations would also be wonderful!
