Me and my girlfriend want to have sex, but I'm afraid of getting her pregnant even though she wants to use a female condom. How can I be sure that when we have sex that condom is going to be 90% or more effective for preventing pregnancy?

i have been on the pill for a year and normal i get a little spotting before but this time nothing and im 2 days late! i lately have switched my diet and stopped excersising but could that effect my period that bad? i also take my pills late alot....could i be pregnant?

I have had my period three times now in the last 8 weeks. I stopped taking birth control and then fell out of habit. I haven't taken it consistently since December. Could that be the reason that I'm having periods approximately every two weeks?
