ECP and unprotected sex afterwards.

My finace took a ECP called Next Choice. Less than 12 hours after she took the second pill, we had unportected sex, & now she is four days late with her period. What is the probability that her late period is base on her taking the ECP or she is pregnant?

I am having cramping after i have a orgasim what could it be
