I had one shot of the depo provera and decided to skip the second one because of the bleeding

Hi I had one shot of the depo provera birth control. I had bleeding for 3 weeks (normal is only 7  days for me) and horrible acne so I decided not to get another. I had my period 2 weeks ago. Now the depo is up and I'm bleeding again. Has this happened to anyone else?

I am in my early 20s and my doctor prescribed yaz to me because I was having delayed period. I am only in the 3rd day into it and I am already experiencing neck pain and intermittent tingling in my arm (elbow downwards). Do these symptoms appear only after 3 days? Should i stop it?
