Bladder sling inserted, now I have to go to the toilet to urinate every hour

i had a bladder sling put in June 20,2016 and it has proven to be a nightmare..after about 1 1/2 months I couldn't pee but alittle at a time now I have to go every hour if not sooner 24 hours a day!!! what can I do?
